Robert Mulverhill, Executive Chairman and Director
Robert Mulverhill was named Executive Chairman and Director of Standard Alcohol in 2012 bringing more than thirty-five years of executive management and industry leadership. He oversees corporate direction and strategy implementation, advising the Board and supporting the company’s CEO and senior leadership on corporate, business and policy matters.

Senator Wayne Allard, Director
Senator Wayne Allard is Chief Executive Officer of Allard Associates, LLC. and was appointed Director in 2012. Senator Allard specializes on issues related to energy, health, defense, security, transportation and land use, and has experience in financial and governmental budget policies.

Thomas Cave, Director
Mr. Cave formed and built Accurate EngiSurv LLC, where he served as President and CEO for over 24 years. Accurate EngiSurv has been a recognized leader and major participant in the oil & gas sector, playing a significant role in the infrastructure development of the Bakken, Niobrara, Piceance and other plays from the Dakotas to the Colorado regions. Mr. Gambrell is a former Executive Vice President of the Dow Chemical Company, retiring in 2012, after serving 37 years with the company. Douglas D. Troxel, Director
Mr. Troxel was appointed Director in 2010. He brings over 40 years of executive experience in the IT industry and has sponsored extensive research into alternative and clean energy projects.
Douglas Troxel graduated with a B.S. from Iowa State University with a major in Mathematics and minor in Physics in 1967. He founded SERENA Software in 1980 and sold the company to Micro Focus in 2016. Doug serves as President of the family foundation, Change Happens,
