Robert Mulverhill, Executive Chairman

Mr. Mulverhill was President and CEO of the International Seismic Corporation (iSeis), a global provider of seismic instrumentation, equipment and land services. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delta Geophysical, LLC oil and gas consulting and equipment trading enterprise. Robert was founding President and CEO of Ascend Geophysical, Inc., the first company to develop and commercialize cable-less seismic recording systems. He was President and CEO of Encynova, Inc., a fluid management and controls company (successfully acquired) and President and CEO of TVX, International Inc., a proprietary digital imaging and software company (IPO/acquired). He served as COO and Managing Director for a British/Asian manufacturing consortium maintaining offices in London and Bangkok. Mr. Mulverhill's international business experience includes strategic development within China, the European Union, Eastern European nations and Latin America. Mr. Mulverhill has served as an officer, director, advisor and consultant to various technology, oil and gas companies and agencies in the US, Europe and Asia. He has successfully managed multiple global businesses and built account relationships with such companies as BP, Shell, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, CNPC/BGP, Halliburton, Schlumberger, IBM, GE, Boeing, GlaxoSmithKline, Abbott, Samsung, P & G, Pfizer and Siemens A.G. 

 

Senator Wayne Allard D.V.M. (retired), Director 

Senator Wayne Allard is Chief Executive Officer of Allard Associates, LLC. Senator Allard specializes on issues related to energy, health, defense, security, transportation and land use, and has experience in financial and governmental budget policies. Prior to re-entering the private sector, Wayne served two successive terms (12 years) in the U.S. Senate on such key committees as Appropriations, Intelligence, Banking and Urban Affairs, Agriculture, Armed Services, and Interior. While in the Senate, Wayne had specific oversight duties for the Department of Energy. Prior to the Senate, he served for 3 terms in the U.S. House of Representatives on Budget, Small Business, Agriculture and Natural Resources committees; and in the Colorado state senate for 6 years on Agriculture, Business, Education, and Appropriations committees. Dr. Allard was elected to numerous leadership positions in the U.S. Senate, House of Representatives and the Colorado State Senate. Prior to his political career, Wayne practiced veterinary medicine in Fort Collins, CO in private practice. Senator Allard founded the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Caucus in the U.S. Senate in 1998, and served as its Co-Chairman until 2009. He was also founder of the Congressional Space Caucus

 

Michael O'Brien, Director 

Michael O'Brien is President of Stranded Gas Services, Inc., an Engineering Consulting company focused on innovative solutions to the world's energy and environmental challenges with an emphasis on unconventional gas projects such as stranded gas, associated gas, and synthesis gas. For the past 3 years SGS has worked closely with LAND on a number of energy related opportunities in Russia and the CIS region including application assessment, sales, FEED and procurement for gas processing plants. His 27 years of experience covers a range of activities including process engineering, operations, product development and management, sales and marketing as well as executive level positions. His focus is on proprietary processes that use catalytic chemistry to solve air and gas treating challenges. His work experience includes positions with GE, Cameron, Merichem and CrystaTech, where he helped bring new licensed technology to the marketplace. 

 

Michael Pardun, Director 

Mike Pardun has two decades of experience in start-up, private and public companies, where he has focused on commercializing new technologies. He has founded or helped found several companies, including one of the world's first broadband Internet Service Providers while in the United Kingdom in the early 90's (acquired by Microsoft) and more recently founding a Denver based renewable technology firm that developed a 250+ Megawatt pipeline of commercial and utility scale solar projects across North America. Over his career, Mike has participated in both sides of the fund-raising process; personally participating in raising over $500M in private equity and debt and directly participating in two Initial Public Offerings; including a joint offering on both the FTSE & NYSE. He has experience working with companies from the perspectives of operation executive, venture capital provider and management consulting partner. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and attended the International Management program at the London School of Economics. 

 

Mark C. Radosevich, Director 

Mark Radosevich is co-founder of SACA and was a member of its board of directors from 2000 until May of 2010. He has been an energy technology scout, documentarian and consultant for 35 years in the natural resources of both renewable and non-renewable energy derivatives. Mark has provided consulting to corporations and government entities in connection with numerous energy-producing projects. He is co-author of SACA's formula-usage patents, well researched relating to companies in the field of mixed alcohol fuels, and other research technology and markets for today's fuels, chemicals and sustainable economic systems. Mark earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology (76') from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.  

 

Doug Troxel, Director 

Mr. Troxel founded SERENA Software in 1980, a company that specializes in change management software and still serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Troxel also serves as President and CEO of Change Happens Foundation, a private family foundation committed to helping motivated groups with forward thinking projects that benefit humanity. He holds a B. S. in mathematics, with minor in physics from Iowa State University. 

 

Lewis W. (Bill) White, Director 

Mr. White is an independent businessman and venture investor. He developed and commercialized a biomass product using corn cobs as landscape mulch and is currently working in the area of converting biomass and municipal solid waste (MSW) into syngas.
