Our Mixed Alcohol Fuel, Envirolene

Envirolene is a mixed-alcohol "drop-in" liquid fuel. It is a mixture of ten different high-octane alcohols, that can replace ethanol or petroleum in fuel markets and energy operations that span from automotive fuels to power plants.

Using our proprietary chemical catalyst, Envirolene can be manufactured from Natural Gas, Coal, Biomass, Municipal Solid Waste and a host of other feedstocks. When blended into gasoline or diesel, it has been shown to reduce emissions while improving performance, and is EPA registered for direct blending into the U.S. fuel supply.

By utilizing abundant Biomass, Natural Gas and Coal, Envirolene fuel can be manufactured domestically and our synthesis process is more efficient than the slow and expensive fermentation process for corn-based ethanol. Envirolene can scale-up to the necessary size to have an impact on the growing concerns of petroleum's rising dollar, geo-political, and environmental costs, all while being compatible within the present infrastructure.

Envirolene is an important component of the progression towards cleaner fuels and energy.
